Interview with Elites Music Group CEO - Ozone

One thing in the world is having a deep passion for something and doing it, facing the challenges that come with it, failing and standing up tall and successful. For the guys in Elites Music Group, they faced what they love and slow and steady, mixed also with education, these guys have it! I was opportuned to interview their CEO and Cofounder, Nweke Ifeanyi, also known as Ozone, who was a classmate of mine in secondary school (CIC Enugu).                                                                                                                                                                                Tvital’s Blog: Last two years, while I was in Aba, I heard about different parties being held by Elites Entertainment.
Tvital’s Blog: What was the motivation?                                                                                                   Ozone:It's  all  about  Entertainment. We are a happy  group and the motivation  has always  been  to  let  the world  know   how  entertaining  life can  be
Tvital’s Blog: Wonderful
Tvital’s Blog: What was it like founding Elites Music Group?                                                             Ozone: It wasn't easy. There  were  ups  and downs  initially  but  we are getting  on  very  well  now.
Tvital’s Blog: Especially funding?
Ozone: Well, we didn't make it all about funds. We wanted to create an intimate group with every member understanding that purpose   is about contributing to the Entertainment industry worldwide.
Tvital’s Blog: You know that's what I call love, passion!
Tvital’s Blog: So how many artistes do you have?
Ozone: Five
Tvital’s Blog: Wow!
Tvital’s Blog: Have any of them released a single (s) or album?
Ozone: Single?  Yeah…Two of them already have their single titled 'Alado' by Toni Ken and 'Olaedo' by emperorelites.
Tvital’s Blog: Really? How was it received by the fans?
Ozone: Of course they were received warmly giving the artistes there deserved compliments.  We actually have a policy of making good music and it should be like that
Tvital’s Blog: Yeah good
Tvital’s Blog: Somehow, I read Uhama's lyrics sometimes ago, it was dope!
Tvital’s Blog: You must have plan for an album release?
Ozone: For album  release, I can only  say  we want  to do  a number  of songs  before   we think  about  that
Tvital’s Blog: Yes, that's true
Tvital’s Blog: So how do you mix education and entertainment?
Ozone: Was actually expecting this question as we all are university students.
Uhhm,  first  of all  its  not  quite  easy  because  you  have to  put  in  an  extra  effort  for this.. I can  only talk  for myself  now  because  others  have  their  own  way  of mixing  it..
For me, it’s an extracurricular activity. I do it as part time engagement. I try  to do most  things  during  vacations  like we have  presently so that  when  I go  back  to school  I can  concentrate.. It's all about planning yourself very well. It takes discipline and a principled mind.
Tvital’s Blog: Yes, truly, it is.
Tvital’s Blog: So where do see your label in 5 years time?
Ozone: 5 years time?  I'm  not  God  but  I'm  sure  we are  moving  higher  and higher  everyday
Tvital’s Blog: Yes Boss!!!
Tvital’s Blog: Any message for your fans and well wishers?
Ozone: For  our fans  and well-wishers  we love  them  very  much  and  without  their  support  we  are Nothing. We need their support and best wishes to thrive.
Tvital’s Blog: Are you on social network?
